Loved the location. It is placed right in the ginza shopping area. Uniqlo flagship store is a 5min walk. Great that check out is at 12 (vs 11am for most hotels). They were kind enough to extend our check out to 1pm. We faced a tough time finding vegetarian food in tokyo, but in Hyatt the staff was very accommodating and made vegetarian versions of their dishes for us ! Will definitely stay here again....

Room size and layout are great and very spacious shower / bathroom. A bit confused by the who this hotel is targeting, as seems to designed and staffed for a young market but priced at a higher end.

The location and quality of the room were excellent. It was close by to many places to shop and eat. It was clean with lots of extras and it was a very well designed room. The quality of the furniture was also very nice. We went downstairs to the inhouse bar, it was likely an excellent spot.

The location, facilities, cleanliness, and service was exceptional! I am truly impressed with the hotel employees' care for the guests. They go the extra mile to help their guests with their specific needs. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo.

Apart from the greatness of the hotel location, room clear and friendly staffs, I accidentally left my important personal belonging in safe. The hotel staffs are very supportive and contacted me immediately and to manage the international shipment. Really can't ask something more

The room was of good size and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety to choose from. Staff were helpful, and the location was good. The hotel also allowed us to check in early after a long flight..
